What is Systemic Counselling?
In the systemic approach we see people not as isolated, but as part of their surroundings (e.g. couple, family, work, society) which informs their interactions, behaviours and patterns. Additionally to those external systems we also examine internal systems, meaning the different aspects of your self and how they interact.
Our session can serve as a playful ‘what if?’ space to try out new constellations in the system (whether external or internal) without prejudice.
My work is resource and solution oriented. I see and understand that the client is the expert of their own experience. My role is to support you to find solutions that fit your needs.

I seek to provide a space in which you can identify unhelpful beliefs and playfully try new ways of acting and being. Together we will develop strategies that work best for you and your unique situation.
My focus lies in working with people on the LGBTQ+ spectrum and people practising polyamory and other forms of non-monogamy - but any orientation and relationship model is welcome! My practice is kink and sex work friendly.
